A Pit Crew comprises 2 tire carriers, 2 tire changers, a jackman, a gas man and the pit coach. To keep Ryan Newman's #31 Chevy competing each Sunday in the Sprint Cup circuit, these over-the-wall guys have to work out and practice regularly to prepare for a variety of conditions and race courses.
